At Rebel Muse, we understand the benefits but also your concerns with shopping online. We know that women come in all different shapes and sizes. You could be a size 10 up top and 12 down the bottom, or a size 10 in Camilla and Marc but a size 8 in Steele. Or if you are like me, cropped pant legs are full length, and full length need to be hemmed!
That's why we are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange on all full price or promotional purchases when they are returned within 100 days from date of purchase.
We do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items, all sale items purchased are final once order is confirmed. With the exclusion of discount codes and promotional offers.
NEW ZEALAND & REST OF WORLD: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Australia. All international orders are final, once order has been confirmed.
A FULL REFUND APPLIES TO ONLINE SALES WHEN:
- Items are returned within 100 days from date of purchase
- The goods are returned in the same condition in which they were sold
- The item is not worn, washed, or altered
- The item is not damaged or soiled
- All tags, swing tags and care labels are still in tact
- Refunds only apply to items purchased online and not in store
- No refund or exchange on sale items
- For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns for Swimwear and Intimates. Once these items are purchased, the sale is final.
- Refund does not include the cost of postage
EXCHANGES - we are only able to exchange items for another colour or size. If you are after a different item a new order must be made
DAMAGED AND FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly checked and packaged with love and care. If in the unlikely case you receive an item that is damaged or faulty a full refund will be granted including sale items.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your invoice number.
We will then supply you with an RA# and form. Please fill out your RA form and post back to us along with your items to the below address.

Please insure you use a secure delivery service such as Australia Post, as Rebel Muse cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
