Returns and Refunds
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange when items are returned within 100 days from date of purchase. Excluding sale items.
REFUNDS APPLY TO ONLINE SALES WHEN:
- Items are returned within 100 days from date of purchase
- The garments are returned in the same condition in which they were sold
- The item is not worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- All tags, swing tags and care labels are still attached
- No returns, refund or exchange on sale items
- For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns for Swimwear and Intimates. Once these items are purchased, the sale is final.
NEW ZEALAND & REST OF WORLD: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Australia. All international orders are final, once order has been confirmed.
