NEXT DAY DELIVERY
We are happy to offer next day delivery on orders placed before 2pm. Simply select the "express post" shipping method at checkout. A fee of $15 applies. All express delivery items will be sent via Australia Post Express Post service. Please ensure your address is within the Australia Post, Express Post next day delivery catchment area.
IN STORE PICK UP
If you are a Canberra resident, once you have purchased your items you can come and collect them from our store during trading hours. To request in store pickup, please specify "In Store Pick Up in the special instructions section of the checkout.
We ship to New Zealand at a flat rate of $20.

We deliver world wide for a flat rate of $35

Returns and Refunds
We are happy to offer you a full refund or exchange when items are returned within 100 days from date of purchase. Excluding sale items.
REFUNDS APPLY TO ONLINE SALES WHEN:
- Items are returned within 100 days from date of purchase
- The garments are returned in the same condition in which they were sold
- The item is not worn, washed, damaged, or altered
- All tags, swing tags and care labels are still attached
- No returns, refund or exchange on sale items
- For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns for Swimwear and Intimates. Once these items are purchased, the sale is final.
NEW ZEALAND & REST OF WORLD: We do not accept refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of Australia. All international orders are final, once order has been confirmed.
